Trouble the Water
8:30 pm/ET HBO
If you think you've seen it all about Hurricane Katrina in 2005, give this 2008 Oscar-nominated documentary a look. Amateur videographer Kimberly Roberts and her husband shot footage before, during and after the storm from New Orleans' Ninth Ward, then, coincidentally, hooked up with filmmakers Tia Lessin and Carl Deal (whose credits include several Michael Moore films). Filmmakers Tia Lessin and Carl Deal interweave their footage along with hers, and follow the Roberts family through their ordeals with FEMA bureaucracy as they cope with life after the disaster.
