Streetwise felines find life in the Big Apple right up their alley in this animated series inspired by `The Phil Silvers Show.' The title character was a charismatic, slick opportunist who was always ready to pounce on the latest get-rich-quick scheme. Maurice Gosfield, who provided the voice of Benny the Ball, played Pvt. Duane Doberman on `Phil Silvers.' The series made its debut in prime time, one year after `The Flintstones.'
