In the year 2007, a time-traveling lawman patrols the past, present and future to thwart criminals who are causing `ripples in history.' Apart from ABC's much publicized 13-episode, $15 million commitment, the sci-fi show---based on the comic book and the 1994 Jean-Claude Van Damme adventure---generated few ripples of its own, and lasted but one season.
