As it begins, Zoey Bartlet has just been kindapped from the Georgetown nightclub where she and Jean-Paul had been celebrating her graduation. Of course, the White House immediately goes into crisis mode, fearing that the kidnapping is the work of terrorists, and the President fears he might do something impulsive.
