McCarthy will host her own weekly, hour-long SiriusXM radio show, she announced on The Howard Stern ShowMonday. Dirty, Sexy, Funny with Jenny McCarthy will begin its limited run on Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET on SiriusXM Stars.
Jenny McCarthy believes Rosie O'Donnell will light a spark under The View when she returns to the chat show this fall.
McCarthy was a bit more diplomatic than her former co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck when reacting to O'Donnell's re-hiring. "I knew they were looking to bring some heat to the table and there is no doubt that with Rosie there will be some heat," McCarthy told reporters Friday at an event in Las Vegas, according to Us Weekly.

After reports surfaced earlier this week that O'Donnell was in negotiations to come back to the show, ABC confirmed the news Thursday via Twitter. (Apparently the objections of O'Donnell's nemesis, former View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, fell on deaf ears.)

Question: With Emmy nominations coming up, I had a few questions about Orange Is the New Black. What effect if any do you think Season 2 airing just around the time of Emmy voting will have on the show? Thankfully, Season 2 seems to have lived up to its predecessor in the eyes of the critics (I thought the season overall might have even been better than the first), and performances by cast members like Uzo Aduba (Suzanne "Crazy Eyes") and Samira Wiley (Poussey) blew me out of the water, but if the season didn't live up to expectations, could it have possibly hurt the show in the nominations process this year as well as next?
