Season 9, Episode 18 Los Angeles Project

First Aired: February 3, 2011

The work in L.A. runs into a logistical problem: how to transport the necessary concrete up the narrow streets to the project house. The second half features advice for painting an interior wall and includes the installation of a water heater that has an electronic valve that will prevent floods from water leaks.
