The last underground tank for rainwater collection is set; a hidden deck-fastening system is used for the composite decking on the back porch; an upstairs wall is given a rustic and industrial look with reclaimed galvanized metal; the color palette for the second floor is previewed. Also: an old water heater is replaced with an energy-efficient unit that's fueled by propane; a sagging concrete walkway is leveled via mudjacking; and dents are removed from a piece of wood.
