Jen Arnold, one half of The Little Couple, has cancer, according to People.
"I have recently been diagnosed with a rare type of cancer and am currently undergoing treatment, including surgery and chemotherapy," Arnold said in a statement.
With myriad series like Little Chocolatiers, The Little Couple and Little People, Big World, reality shows about small-statured folks have taken off in a big way.
