In this week's episode,
Audrina finally decided enough was enough and it was time to talk. Oh the tears that were shed. But before we got to this moment, things had to come to a head in Vegas. Luckily Doug and Brody were back from jail, well casino jail, and everyone was ready to head back to LA. Coincidentally, Audrina and Justin are leaving at the same time as the rest of the group. Can we say awkward yet planned? She tells Lauren that they need to talk and Lauren tells her they can do so when they get home. Can this friendship be saved?
Spencer returns home to Holly looking for a job and an apartment but he starts giving her crap about doing it from the couch. Doesn't he remember that was him, only worse, not too long ago? He tells her that
Heidi doesn't want her there but isn't going to tell her, and that the two want her gone. On the verge of tears, the poor girl gets up and leaves. Later that day Heidi gets home and asks where Holls is. Spencer flat out lies and says he hasn't seen her, leaving out the minor detail of oh, kicking her out! Luckily Holly finally returns to a Spencer-free apartment and although Heidi is upset with her for not calling, she tells her that she wants her to stay for as long as she wantsEven though it's been hard on she and Spencer's relationship. What is wrong with these people?!
Whitney's career in continuing to flourish. Kelly tells them they'll be doing a launch event for Dylan George conjunction with Interscope, who's showcasing their new talent Lady Gaga. The best part is that Whitney is getting the opportunity to style Gaga. Kelly is allowing Whitney to prove herself and I love it!
Time for Audrina and Lauren to finally have their much needed heart-to-heart. Lauren is hurt because she's trying so hard to be someone's friend who doesn't want to be one back. She says that she never stopped trying but that Audrina just doesn't care. I love that Lauren justified her loyalty by mentioning that she goes to places for Audrina and even bobs her head to the music at weird shows. I can totally picture that exact scenario. At this point, Lauren is in full on, ugly mascara dripping tears and doesn't want to lose another friend. Audrina starts to tear up as well. She wants to start fresh and move forward. In the end, the girls hug it out and decide that they want to be friends even if others don't want them to be. Their friendship in on the mend.
Next week Holly and Lauren get together and Lauren might actually be missing Heidi. Can another failed friendship be rekindled?
