This week's episode of
The Hills was a bit of a snoozer and another reminder of why
Spencer sucks big time. At this point
Heidi doesn’t even seem to like him let alone want to marry him, so I'm not quite sure what's going on in that little Barbie head of hers. Trying to keep herself occupied,
Heidi decides to clean out her closet. Hmm I can think of another way to keep occupied, perhaps looking for a new job?
Spencer suggests they go to the movies but Heidi doesn't want to and is clearly bitter that he got her fired. She even tells him that and all he has to say is that she should take responsibility for what happened. To make matters worse, Heidi doesn’t even know where her sister Holly is, since the two haven’t spoken since she was literally put out on the street. Spencer takes this opportunity to mock Heidi, sarcastically telling her that's he bummed she's not around more often. "Maybe you're the one causing all the problems,"
Heidi tells him.
Meanwhile, Audrina and Lauren go out for drinks because they haven't seen each other in forevs. Lauren tells her that Holly is staying with her, which Audrina is a bit surprised about. Audrina then tells Lauren about how Justin and she seem to be doing well and that apparently he's over the whole Hollywood thing and done partying all the time. The next day her Casey is over at Audrina's, and two are chatting about JB. Casey (Audrina's sister) is still skeptical about him being MIA for a week at a time but she responds that she doesn’t just sit around and wait for him when he's gone. "What can I say, I love him?" Don't they say love is blind?
Heidi finally gets her meeting with Sam, thanks to Brent who has decided to vouch for her yet again. Can we say intimidating man? Sam is no BS and tells her flat out that he just doesn't get why twice he's had an issue with Heidi. "The Spencer thing I don't even get but that's your problem, I don’t like to get involved with the personal stuff," he tells her. Heidi tells him that she loves this company and how sorry she is and because Brent's happy with her and she seems like a smart girl, he decides to give her another chance. He wants to get her out of the clubs though and instead puts her on a trial project with a new hotel. Oh, and she has to keep Spencer away. Is third time a charm or will she let Bolthouse down once again?
Over at FIDM, Lauren breaks the news about Holly to Stephanie who tells her that Holly crashing is going to create so many problems. Luckily Lauren could care less. Later on at the house, the new trio of roomies are chatting about how awful the situation with Speidi has become. Holly is furious that her own sister kicked her out and Lauren, despite her personal feelings, tries to tell her that Heidi probably didn't want to do it and is just in a bad place right now. "He drives away everyone that cares about her," Lauren says. Of course over at Casa de Speidi, Stephanie has shown up to spill the gos. "Why would Lauren want Holly to live with her?" Heidi asks. "Because Holly was homeless," Stephanie responds. As if he couldn't make himself look even more like a jerk, Spencer then tells them that he thinks Heidi's mom orchestrated the whole thing. He even calls her "stalker mom" and says that Holly is worse than Stephanie — the mooch of the century.
Back to Audrina whose out on a date with Justin. She tells him that she has never dated a guy that's her age (I guess Justin is older) and Justin so poetically says, "Maturity is probably one of the most key things in a relationship." Coming from him it seems a little humorous. But then he pulls out a little present that he got her. It's a t-shirt that he knew she liked. "I can be good when I want to be," he says. He also tells says, "You know you're loved." Do we have a new and improved Justin Bobby on our hands?
