Premise: An animated musical narrated by Harry Connick Jr. tells the story of Eubie (voice of Rob Paulsen), a jubilant elf who makes it his Christmas Eve mission to save the children of the aptly named Bluesville from another disappointing, Santa-less holiday. The Connick Jr. score includes the title tune, along with “Smile on Christmas Day” and “Bluesville.” Other voices include Carol Kane, Lewis Black, Kevin Michael Richardson, Mae Whitman and Mickey Rooney as Santa.
