A&E's dramatic series THE GLADES follows Jim Longworth, an attractive, brilliant, yet hard to get along with homicide detective from Chicago who gets shot by his captain after being wrongfully accused of sleeping with his wife. After being exiled from the department, Longworth relocates to the sleepy, middle of nowhere town of Palm Glade, Florida, where the sunshine and golf are plentiful and crime is seemingly at a minimum. Only this town outside the Florida Everglades isn't quite as idyllic as he thought, as he finds people keep turning up murdered. Each case pulls Longworth off the golf course and reluctantly into his element as one of the sharpest homicide detectives to wear a badge. Between practicing his short game, trying to get a date with Callie - a quick-witted, beautiful medical student with a 12 year-old son and a husband in prison - and trying to solve countless homicide cases, Longworth's transition to his new surroundings is a bit more difficult than expected. He's realizing the skies in this new town are always sunny...with a chance of homicide. watch

Question: I was wondering if you have seen Fox's Americanized version of BBC America's Broadchurch, now called Gracepoint? I watched the BBC America miniseries and therefore I already know who did it. Now I am sure the American version will have a different person, but how different can these shows really be? Even David Tennant is in it, playing the part he played on Broadchurch. Your thoughts? — Amy

Ask Matt: Fargo, Glades Rage (and Other Cancellations), Case Histories

Question: I am shocked how some of your readers think Fargo should have been just a follow-up to the movie with let's see how Marge is doing since everyone else involved in the movie was either dead or in prison. I agree that the show is terrific. The episode last week was one of the most amazing episodes of TV I have ever seen.

Ask Matt: Cards Spoilers, Mom, Blacklist, NCIS's 250th and More

Question: When dealing with shows like House of Cards (in which an entire season is available at one time), what's your opinion on how spoilers should be discussed? Is every episode fair to be talked about as soon as the season comes out? Should no spoilers be talked about for, say, a week and then every episode is fair game? Or would you treat it more like a traditional series and discuss only one episode at a time? On the receiving end, do you just avoid all spoilers until you've finished watching the entire season? I'm mainly asking this because I'm only up to episode 6 of the new season of House of Cards and am avoiding any article with a spoiler alert, because I don't know just which episodes they may be spoiling. (Thankfully, so far the biggest spoiler I could have had ruined was a very shocking moment in the first episode. I don't gasp very often at a TV show, but I did then.) — Scott
