Episode 12 Recap Season 4, Episode 12

Looks like Bryan's elimination tonight made Biggest Loser history. It was the first time an entire team had been eliminated before going to the finale, but I think that's an unfair statistic seeing as there have never been three teams before. So an entire team not lasting to the finale wasn't as likely to happen in past seasons, but we know this show and how it loves to make history so, there you have it. Anyway it was sad to see B go but he knew his time would eventually run out since he was a such a weight-loss threat and he had no more Red Team allies. Congratulations to him losing 118 pounds and I won't be surprised if he ends up being the Biggest Loser out of the eliminated players. I'm going to miss the time Kim and Bryan spent together, they had such a great relationship like the way Kae and Bob did. Does this mean Kim is gone the rest of the season? There's a great drinking game somewhere in these elimination scenes: for each time someone describes the contestant they voted for as having "integrity," or starts off with "This was a really tough choice this week, Allison", you take a shot. Or I suppose in the spirit of the show, you could do a sit up, and by the end of the season have abs of steel. It's got to be hard for them to give the same speech week after week and they're probably encouraged to go on and on so the audience is confused about who they're voting for, but come on. The whole part with Nicole chipping her teeth in the pool was quite amusing. Obviously I'm glad she's ok but it was funny watching everyone trying to hold their breath and look for her tooth underwater. Also entertaining was seeing all those old challenges from previous seasons and finding out that fans got to vote for tonight's challenge. It took me three times of rewinding but I got it: the Wrigley's Poles Over Water Extra-Long-Lasting Challenge. Nice work to Bill for staying on the pole the longest and winning that awesome vacation. Andre Agassi - random? It was also so great to see the doctors speak about how much everyone's health has improved. The physical changes have been obvious for each one of these contestants - especially in their faces, but hearing how their blood pressure and cholesterol have moved into normal numbers and how they've added years to their lives was really important for them. Now it's down to the remaining six. The finale is set for December 18 so who do you all think will be the final four? Can't get enough of The Biggest Loser? Premise: Popular reality fare about overweight people competing to drop pounds. Divided initially into teams, the contestants are aided (and bullied) by trainers and must participate in physical reward challenges. At the end of each episode, there's a weigh-in that helps determine who is sent packing.
