Things are not looking up for The 100. The Grounders are heading their way, their weapons expert has been shot and that jerk Murphy wasted all their gun powder. After her brother strings up and beats the man who protected her in captivity, Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) begs Bellamy (Bob Morley) to go easy on him. But Bellamy, who doesn't seem to believe in rational thought or nuance, refuses any mercy, insisting, "We need to know what we're up against, how many there are and why they're killing us!"
