Premise: Horror tales based on the E.C. Comics of the 1940s and '50s, introduced by the Cryptkeeper, who was created by special-effects artist Kevin Yagher. Stars who appeared included Terri Hatcher, Demi Moore, Martin Sheen, Treat Williams, Margo Kidder and Joe Pesci. The series premiered on HBO, and edited reruns aired on Fox while the series was still in production.
