Military personnel demonstrated diverse talents in this variety series, originally hosted by Steve Allen. The contestants sang, danced or did whatever they thought was entertaining in hopes of winning a date with a celebrity. The title was changed to `Soldier Parade' in 1954 and the show was later expanded to an hour.
