Critics Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert give thumbs up or down to theatrical and home-video releases in this influential series, which began as `Sneak Previews' on PBS. Following Siskel's death in February 1999, Ebert worked with a series of guest critics until September 2000, when the Chicago Sun-Times' Richard Roeper was introduced as his new partner and the show was renamed `Ebert & Roeper.'
