Premise: A fund-raiser for victims of Hurricane Katrina. Slated performers include Mary J. Blige, Garth Brooks, Mariah Carey, Sheryl Crow, the Dixie Chicks, Foo Fighters, Alicia Keys, Randy Newman, Paul Simon, Rod Stewart and U2. Also: rescue personnel are honored for their efforts in the devastated areas along the Gulf Coast. Also appearing: Jennifer Aniston; Jack Black; Cameron Diaz; Ellen DeGeneres; Morgan Freeman; Jack Nicholson; Chris Rock; Julia Roberts; Ray Romano; and Sela Ward.
