Premise: Some nice period flavor enhances this `Gone with the Wind' sequel, which copped Emmys for art direction and hairstyling. Based on Alexandra Ripley's book, it opens in 1875 as Scarlett O'Hara, who famously said at the end of the classic 1939 film after Rhett Butler left her, `tomorrow is another day,' now sees that day and seeks to win him back.
