Tourist season is quickly approaching, and the crew is struggling to make up for lost time. They still must drill six holes at the Maid of the Mist and scale 400 linear feet of rock face at Cave of the Winds.
Dennis is sent to Hawaii for another job, leaving John in charge of a dangerous project involving the removal of a 110-ft. tree and a massive boulder from a slope that is 650-ft. wide and 180-ft. tall.
This series follows a team of rock technicians as they work to prevent treacherous rock slides all over North America. In the premiere, the crew is hired by the Washington Department of Transportation to stabilize a stretch along a busy highway.
