Tonight's new house goes to a Lyme, N.H., family with eight children, one of whom has leukemia. Grey's Anatomy hot doc Patrick Dempsey is one of the volunteers, joined by a surprise celeb and members of a Manchester, N.H., family who had their house rebuilt on the show in 2007.

Premise: A celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame held at Madison Square Garden features performances by Crosby, Stills and Nash; Aretha Franklin; Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band; Jeff Beck; and U2. The concert was taped over two nights in October 2009, and also includes appearances by Metallica, Stevie Wonder, Mick Jagger, Patti Smith and John Fogerty.
