The Voice and Dancing with the Stars faced off on Tuesdays for the first time and it ended in a draw for NBC and ABC.
The networks tied in the all-important adults 18-to-49 demographic Tuesday night with a 2.2, but ABC did take the night in terms of viewership (11.8 million vs. 6.25 million), thanks to Dancing (15.4 million, 2.7). Dancing, however, fell 13 percent in the demo, perhaps due to competition from The Voice.

Have you heard anything about how Criminal Minds' plans to replace Paget Brewster in Season 8? — Ashley
ADAM: I was actually on set last week and asked executive producer Erica Messer that very question. The short answer: Don't look for it to happen right away. Messer says she'd like to mimic what the show did in Season 3 when Joe Mantegna replaced departing star Mandy Patinkin a few episodes into the season. "I feel like we come back in Season 8 without Prentiss, and we're functioning just fine," she says. "But there's a void. We need that extra body. But I don't know who that character is yet." Why don't you guys help her out in the comments below?

There's music that sticks with you — like Megan's can't-get-it-out-of-your-head "Zou Bisou Bisou" birthday party bump and grind from Mad Men — and music you can't wait to forget: as in whatever the hell Katharine McPhee was screaming on that revolving mattress-prison during the ambush production number on Smash's worst episode to date.
Which seems an appropriate way to begin our medley of some of the week's notable hits and misses.
Siobhan and Bridget (both Sarah Michelle Gellar) came face-to-face in the pilot and later in a dream, but the real-world reunion Ringer fans have been waiting for may finally come true in Tuesday's new episode.

The drama drew 18.6 million viewers and a 3.3 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic — its lowest rating all season — but, as usual, it was still the night's top show. NCIS: Los Angeles (16.06 million, 2.8) also slipped ...
