Premise: An adaptation of Robert Ludlum's novel about World War II espionage and profiteering. Agent David Spaulding is sent to Argentina to set up an exchange with disgruntled members of Hitler's Germany, a deal the U.S. government hopes will bring about a speedy end to the war.
