Remember WENN on AMC

Playwright Rupert Holmes created this nostalgic series about a pre-WWII Pittsburgh radio station. A clever blend of satire, slapstick and soap opera, this first fictional series from American Movie Classics focused on the staff of WENN, including Indiana native Betty Roberts, a new staffer who joins the station as a writing intern. Her coworkers included a world-weary manager, and a former Broadway star and her lecherous husband.
