In the second-season finale, the remaining ladies prepare for their final performance and interview one-on-one with Ron Fair. Later, the members of Girlicious are announced and the group's first music video is shown.
The ladies are tested on their ability to handle the media during a radio interview with KIIS-FM's JoJo and an on-camera interview with Mark McGrath; one woman doesn't cooperate when the others try to achieve peace at the house.
Friction occurs in the house when three of the ladies are given the task of picking their own teams with which to perform, and the last one chosen feels left out. Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls performs, and the contestants sing and dance for a highly critical audience. The judges eliminate another performer.
Fifteen women attempt to become the third member of a female musical trio. In the opener, the 15 finalists rehearse songs and choreography, and appear before the judges. Three women are then eliminated. The remaining 12 contestants move into a Los Angeles loft together. Nelly Furtado appears.
