Premise: In this funny animated comedy, Penny Proud (voice of Kyla Pratt) finds that turning 16 can be far from sweet when she spends her birthday stranded with her family on an island run by a nutty scientist (Arsenio Hall). He's out to take over the world with a super species he's created from peanuts, but first he needs to get his hands on the secret snack sauce invented by Penny's dad, Oscar.
