Premise: Animated stories of a 13-year-old boy who uses a wheelchair (he refers to himself as `permanently seated'). The youngster faces adversity armed with a sense of humor and an open mind, as well as timely---if somewhat confusing---advice from his guardian angel, Mr. Jimmy, who is visible only to him.
