Premise: The conclusion picks up the story with the USS Cole bombing off Yemen in October 2000. And in Afghanistan, Al Qaeda leaders plot a “planes operation” for the U.S. Meanwhile, O'Neill (Harvey Keitel) is still getting cold shoulders from higher-ups, and finds himself in trouble over classified documents in his briefcase.
