Episode Synopsis: Pan Am pilot Dean (Mike Vogel) is set to fly the airline's newest plane on its inaugural New York to London flight in the series opener, but his lead stewardess is a no-show, giving grounded purser Maggie (Christina Ricci) the chance to fill in.
