In the Season 1 finale, the guys rock on down to Memphis for a stop at historic Sun Studios, and Jack takes Ozzy to an infamous locale where it's been rumored the devil struck a deal that changed the course of music history. Plus, a gift from a legendary instrument maker gets Ozzy's musical juices flowing.
The guys' itinerary in Cuba includes checking out the many 1950s American automobiles, Cold War weaponry, Ernest Hemingway's house and the presidential palace. Jack, however, is set on bringing home a special slice of Cuba in his luggage, and he wants Ozzy to help.
Ozzy and Jack go to Washington, D.C., where the son scrambles to land his father a tour of the White House. Other stops include the FBI Training Facility in Quantico and a little-known park featuring the heads of U.S. presidents. Also, they meet a local who calls himself Little Ozzy and pay homage at the residence where the Beatles partied after their first concert in America.
In Japan for an Ozzy concert, the guys seek a samurai master, forge a kitana blade and Jack goes for a Tebori tattoo from a tattoo master and tries to convince his dad to get one also as a father-son bond.
Jack plans a surprise of Ozzy's birthday, despite his father's distaste for surprises. On the agenda: medical oddities, a penitentiary, chocolate-making and a voyage 220 feet underground, where there's a relic from Ozzy's past.
The guys head to Mt. Rushmore, where Jack wants a helicopter view, but Ozzy's against it. Along the way, they pan for gold, visit a Minuteman nuclear-missile site, pay their respects at the Deadwood grave of Wild Bill Hickok, and go face to face with Crazy Horse.
In Texas, the guys visit the Alamo, the scene of an infamous 1982 rock-and-roll event in which Ozzy was allegedly involved. They also stop at the NASA Johnson Space Center for a ride on a Mars Rover, and pay their respects at the Museum of Funeral History.
A reality series featuring rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his son, Jack, traveling to noted tourist attractions begins with a visit to historic Jamestown, Va., where Jack seeks to discover if his British ancestors were among the early colonists. Meanwhile, Ozzy is convinced that the first settlers were cannibals.
