Big Brother (6.17 mil) gained 450K week-to-week. Everybody Hates Chris (1.45 mil) and Aliens in America (1.09 mil) returned from the strike to meager audiences.9 pmOprah's Big Give improved on lead-in EM:HE by five percent, scoring 15.55 mil in its debut. (That said, its audience wilted some nine percent over its hourlong run.) Fox's Unhitched did 7.1 mil, retaining 92 percent of Family Guy's viewership. Design guru Nate Berkus is wearing a new hat for his gig as the host of Oprah's Big Give (Sunday at 9 pm/ET, ABC). We caught up with him to talk about what to expect from the new show, how he approached hosting and what it's like to be in Oprah's inner circle.
TV Guide: What's your role as host?Nate Berkus: Every week I give the contestants a new challenge. And I was nervous for them because I couldn't believe what they had to do and how they had to do it. It's like a roller-coaster with constant drama.These people are exhausted, they're away from their families, it's a pressure-filled, competitive setting. You see it all — glory, inspiration, breakdowns, tears, screaming matches.

Oprah's Big Give, the media mogul's first prime-time show, premieres Sunday, March 2 (at 9 pm/ET). In a TV Guide exclusive, Nate Berkus, Oprah's favorite designer moonlighting as Big Give host, gives the lowdown on the 10 contestants chosen to cross the country fulfilling dreams for complete strangers. "People are going to get really involved not only with the stories of the people that we help but with the stories of people that are competing," says Berkus. "They're regular people who have to think fast and make huge things happen even faster. The truth is that we're looking for the next everyday hero."

We're finally allowed to announce the judges on Oprah's Big Give, ABC's philanthropic reality road show premiering March 2 at 9 pm/ET. "Naked Chef" Jamie Oliver, NFL player Tony Gonzalez and Chris Rock's wife, Malaak Compton-Rock — all of whom are known for their charity work — will choose the weekly winners among 10 contestants crossing the country "making dreams come true" by giving away hundreds of thousands of dollars to "unsuspecting strangers." Says producer Ellen Rakieten, "We wanted to pick people who have obvious credentials for their judging." Not that Oprah herself won't show up; we hear that she's in five or six of the episodes, usually presenting some kind of twist or surprise in the game.
