A married man (Jeff Perry) who comes into the station to report a mugging is later placed at a hotel room when a transvestite prostitute was murdered there. He tells Clark and Sipowicz that he left the room while the “tranny pross” was arguing with another man. Meanwhile, an 18-year-old Pakistani woman is found murdered, but her father (Marshall Manesh) doesn't seem particularly distraught over it.
