Battlestar Vet Goes Very, Very Bad for Numbers Finale

James Callis with Rob Morrow

Guest star James Callis (Battlestar Galactica's Dr. Gaius Baltar) plus a straggly wig and a dash of Charles Manson adds up to a very chilling episode of CBS' Numbers, as the hit CBS drama winds down its fifth season. The British actor offered a look inside the creation of the charismatic sociopath who dared to abduct Charlie's sweetheart, Amita.

TVGuide.com: Rob Morrow had told me you were virtually unrecognizable in this role, and I have to wholeheartedly agree.
James Callis: How great is that?

TVGuide.com: Have you ever been this hirsute?
Callis: I think I have been hairier, possibly, in a few other gigs. But half of that was mine and half was borrowed. I bet you could tell which half was which! [The producers and I] were of the same mindset that ... read more

Prison Break

Farrah's Story
9 pm/ET NBC
Farrah Fawcett's battle with anal cancer began in 2006 and continues today. Over the past three years, the 62-year-old former Charlie's Angel star videotaped her thoughts and chronicled her medical treatments in the U.S. and Germany, using her own home video camera. The result is this highly personal account of her life since being diagnosed and becoming a renewed target of paparazzi and tabloids, which she also addresses. Also appearing and commenting are Ryan O'Neal, Kate Jackson, Jaclyn Smith, Alana Stewart (who shot most of the footage) and Jim Fawcett, the actress's father.

Real Time with Bill Maher

Dollhouse
9:01 pm/ET Fox
Is this it? After a rocky early going, the Joss Whedon series hit its stride mid-season — storywise, that is. Ratings, unfortunately, are another story, which may make tonight's first-season finale the finale, period. The episode continues Alpha's Echo obsession, wraps up Ballard's Dollhouse search and finds an Active being permanently disabled — let's just hope the same isn't so for the show itself.

Numbers Preview: The Creepiness Adds Up in Episode 100

Alimi Ballard, Numbers

This week on Numbers (Fridays, 10 pm/ET), the CBS drama marks its 100th-episode milestone with a case that harkens back to Day 1, when a serial rapist vexed Don and Charlie. Original cast member Alimi Ballard, who week in and week out offers formidable back-up as Agent David Sinclair, gave TVGuide.com a look at the very creepy case to come, raved about the Fonz's utter coolness, and teased a season finale that will leave fans — and a very important something — hanging.

TVGuide.com: A lot of shows seem to be celebrating their 100th episode these days. What is Numbers doing special for the fans this week?
Alimi Ballard: We have a lot of humor, we have a lot of pizzazz, we have Josh Gad [returning as conspiracy theorist Roy McGill].... Numbers is going to be its most fantastic self, as much as humanly possible.

TVGuide.com: And that involves giving longtime viewers a sense of déjà vu, back to the series' very first episode?
Ballard: It's more than creepy. I don't want to give anything away, but it's ... read more

Dollhouse

Dollhouse
9:01 pm/ET FOX
The penultimate episode of the season finds a face familiar to Joss Whedon fans. Alan Tudyk, nice guy Wash on Firefly and Serenity, appears in the season's final two installments as the Dollhouse's designer, an agoraphobic whose anxiety is sure to be heightened when Ballard's investigation hones in on him.

Shocking Preview: Is Don's Numbers Up? Plus: a Peek at the Secret-Filled 100th Episode

Rob Morrow, Numbers

This week on CBS' Numbers (Fridays, 10 pm/ET), Rob Morrow's wife of 11 years, actress Debbon Ayer, guest-stars as a woman who may not be what she seems. She also is on hand for a dramatic twist which places her husband's character, Don, on death's doorstep. Morrow shared a glimpse at what's ahead.

TVGuide.com: So, it seems you brought your home to work with you for this week's episode.
Rob Morrow: That's right. I've got the beautiful Debbon Ayer playing a damsel in distress — or at least someone who ... read more

Ghost Whisperer

Iron Man: Armored Adventures
7 pm/ET Nicktoons
This new cartoon based on the Marvel Comics superhero focuses on the adolescent years of Tony Stark. It tweaks some details of Iron Man's history by having Tony create his famous suit of armor and become Iron Man as a teenager, not as an adult. In the first two episodes, which air back-to-back tonight, Tony faces a personal tragedy and transforms into Iron Man for the first time. While trying to unravel some mysteries, he quickly learns there is corruption he needs to battle — as only Iron Man can.

Wife Swap

>Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
8 pm/ET FOX
The good news for the Connor clan is that they no longer have to figure out what to do with Riley — Jesse was kind enough to fatally shoot her in the last episode. The bad news is that they now have to figure out what to do with Cameron since they think she whacked Riley. Between dealing with the murder of his girlfriend and weighing the fate of his killing-machine roommate, it looks like John's going to suffer some growing pains.

David Krumholtz and Judd Hirsch, Numb3rs

Supernanny
9 pm/ET ABC
Tonight's episode finds Jo back in merry old England again, but things are not so cheery for a couple with four kids, all of whom are under the age of 10. This time, however, it's not just the kids who need disciplining: Jo will have to work her magic on a do-nothing dad who seems content to sit back and watch his wife do all the work, which puts a terrible strain on their marriage.

Charisma Carpenter on CSI? That is all I need to hear! — Tony
MATT: Really? That's all? Because I was about to supplement my exclusive casting scoop by mentioning a "panty party" that takes place during Charisma's April visit, as Stokes investigates her character, Mink. But I guess you can just skim over that trivial tidbit. Sorry to bother, Tony!

Even if Heroes' ratings are lower than its first season, they're still higher than other TV shows that will be or are already renewed. If they are stable, is it enough to grant the show a renewal? — Nicolas
TIM: Like we said last week, there's no time travel in the latest Heroes volume, "Fugitives" — so we can't ... read more
