Arnold Schwarzenegger, who supports the 2006 law, and Marlo Lewis Jr. (Competitive Enterprise Institute), who fears it will cause businesses to flee the state. Also: Ed Begley Jr. and Bill Nye "the Science Guy" engage in a competition to have the smallest carbon footprint.
