Examining how tobacco companies have dealt with health risks over some 50 years, from Kent's “micronite filter” in the 1950s to a virtually smokeless “smoking system” that's currently being test-marketed. As for the industry's health, it's robust, despite recent litigation. As Bennett LeBow, who runs a conglomerate that owns a tobacco company, puts it: “The profit margins are very high and, I hate to say it, the customers are somewhat addicted.” Liev Schreiber narrates.
