Examining Cleveland's notorious 1954 Sam Sheppard murder case in light of DNA analysis that wasn't available during Dr. Sheppard's original trial (at which he was convicted) or his 1963 retrial, in which he was acquitted. The hour follows the progress of a lawsuit brought against the state of Ohio for “wrongful imprisonment” by Sheppard's son Sam Reese Sheppard, who's interviewed, as is his lawyer, Terry Gilbert, DNA legal expert Barry Scheck and forensic scientist Bart Epstein.
