Premise: Fifteen years after the original, the Impossible Missions Force, including Jim Phelps, returned. Phelps was pulled out of retirement when his successor was killed and he put together a new team of agents that included Grant Collier, son of Barney Collier from the first series. Phil Morris, who played Grant, was the real-life son of Greg Morris, who had played Barney. The revival occasionally recycled scripts from the first series.
