Premise: As David Stern marks his 25th year in the commissioner's office, Phoenix plays host to the 58th All-Star Game. Last year's extravaganza was won by the East 134-128 behind MVP LeBron James' 27 points and Ray Allen's 28 points on 5-for-9 shooting from beyond the arc. The East is back with four of last year's starters, including Allen Iverson, who started for the West last time. West veterans Kobe Bryant and Tim Duncan headline the West's lineup along with rising star Chris Paul and Phoenix's own Amare Stoudemire. The last time the West won a "home" All-Star Game was 2004 in L.A.
