The elusive snow leopard of the Himalayas is seen hunting, courting and mating in this film, which took more than four years to produce, with the filmmakers living at altitudes nearing 15,000 feet, almost costing one his life. Sensor-activated remote cameras with infrared light capture never-before-seen actions as the filmmakers try to anticipate the cats' behavior and take a gamble on making them accustomed to human presence.
