Season 25, Episode 4 Agatha Christie's Miss Marple: Murder at the Vicarage
First Aired: April 24, 2005
As “Murder at the Vicarage” concludes, Miss Marple (Geraldine McEwan) and Inspector Slack (Stephen Tompkinson) have two confessions to choose from in the slaying of the misanthropic Col. Protheroe (Derek Jacobi). They're not inclined to believe either, so they weigh a note with different types of ink, a lone earring, a French-cigarette butt and a quote from Corinthians. Wartime memories enter into the mix as well. Dufosse: Herbert Lom.
