Premise: Jack Black hosts the 23rd annual event, held at New York City's Radio City Music Hall. Performers include Ludacris, Beyonce, the Raconteurs, T.I., the Killers, Christina Aguilera, the All-American Rejects and Justin Timberlake. Presenters include Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson and Ne-Yo. Leading the nominee pack are Shakira and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, with seven nominations each. Following close behind are Madonna and Panic! At the Disco with five nods, and Christina Aguilera with four.
