Premise: The saga of Jean Harris (Annette Bening), who was convicted of killing her lover, “Scarsdale Diet” Dr. Herman Tarnower (Ben Kingsley), in 1980. Cloris Leachman, Ellen Burstyn (who played Harris in a 1981 telepic). Playwright Phyllis Nagy makes her directorial debut.
