Premise: A London chef inherits a Scottish estate and its eccentric staff in this British drama. Family issues, financial debt and an unhappy girlfriend are just a few of the problems facing Archie MacDonald (who eventually leaves the estate in the care of his half-brother, Paul). Based on the Highland novels of Compton Mackenzie.
