Premise: Teen-flavored fantasy about crimefighters with unusual abilities. They're led by Dr. Billy Hayes and his 7-foot-4 associate, who could shrink to a height of 6 inches. There was also an ex-rock star who could unleash electricity from his fingers, and a 17-year-old (a pre-`Friends' Courteney Cox) with telekinetic powers.
