Fredrik scores an entire building, but it's still under construction and units should be sold before their completion. Elsewhere, youthful Ryan lands a listing in an old conservative neighborhood; Michael tries to sell $30 million worth of apartments.
Michael's lack of progress on a listing creates frustration and triggers the arrival of another real-estate agent. Meanwhile, Ryan decides to hire models to appear in photographs for a new rental, but he then begins falling for one of them.
Tension rises between Michael and Fredrik over their collaboration on a listing. Meanwhile, Ryan showcases abodes to a married couple, but the hunt for apartments proves difficult and Ryan must serve as a relationship coach along the way.
Michael and Fredrik sever business ties, but their paths may cross once again when a confident Fredrik seeks a modern abode for his new client. Meanwhile, Ryan comes up with a secret weapon when dealing with a couple.
Season 1 closes with Michael organizing a carnival-theme open house. Meanwhile, Ryan tries to subdue his overly wild Fashion Week party in a bid to protect his career. And Fredrik and Ryan cross paths at an open house, leading to an explosive showdown.
Season 2 opens with Ryan sabotaging Fredrik's open house by jumping into the swimming pool. Elsewhere, new agent Luis D. Ortiz seeks an off-market property for his client; and Ryan tries to bring a dead listing back to financial life.
