It's Mike and Molly's third date and we all know what that means: It's time for them to get it on. The only problem is that Mike's not ready. And Molly thinks he's just not that into her.
When Carl asks Mike about the date later, Carl knows Mike isn't comfortable with the prospect of being naked in front of Molly — even though he won't admit it. Instead, he goes on about his hat and needing a chin-strap.
Thinking she's too old to play games, Molly calls Mike to cancel their date for that night. When her mom invites a widower over, Molly has to get out of the house. It's just her luck that she shows up to an OA meeting that Mike also happens to be at. After a chase, Molly tells Mike she doesn't want to see him anymore.
Mike finds Carl and Samuel at a bar attempting to pick up women — or gearing up to pick up women. They get drunk and on the way to a strip club, Mike redirects the cab to Molly's. He spouts some Shakespeare and they make up. Later when Mike and Molly are in bed (she'd been sleeping, he'd been sleeping it off), he admits it's not going to happen for them that night. That's probably good since Carl and Samuel are sleeping on the floor.
Some funny/disturbing things:
Carl reminding Mike about the time he pierced his nipple with his badge. I didn't have to know that and I'm having a hard time getting that image out of my head.
Boob smack.
