Premise: Military-school antics pit a hard-nosed commandant against rebellious kids led by a spunky lad, whose concept of a maneuver is planning a jaunt to an off-limits custard stand located outside the school gates. The scene-stealer in this series, however, is Jackie Coogan as the commandant's aide, a role that preceded his gig as Uncle Fester in `The Addams Family.'
