Premise: A profile of British-born chef Paul Liebrandt spans nearly 10 years as he drifts from place to place in a cutthroat New York restaurant scene, trying to find the right fit for his experimental style, which elicits equal amounts of praise and disapproval. The film is the directorial debut for Sally Rowe, and features commentary from colleagues, writers and restaurateurs, including chefs Eric Ripert and Grant Achatz and food critics Frank Bruni and William Grimes.
