Premise: Futuristic crime story in which an L.A. cop is partnered with a cyborg partner, who has the sparkle of Data from `Star Trek' combined with the body of Julie Newmar from `My Living Doll.' Plus, as her partner puts it, `She's never had the experience of being wrong.'
