Well-to-do teens from the fashionable coastal community clash with blue-collar counterparts in this drama, produced by Aaron Spelling. It had a `West Side Story' feel and `90210' potential; unfortunately, the series was saddled with soapy plots that were all too familiar, and it sank quickly.
